Use the RFHUtil tool. Google should be able to find it for you.

There are lots of ways to put a simple message to a queue. SupportPacs IH03, MA01, MO03 and I suspect many more. Plus you can put message using Administration tools such as MQ Explorer or MO71. Of course the format of the message may be important. Most of these are just string messages. If you want to put a message with a very particular format then you can do this, to some extent, with MO03 which will allow you to specify all the MQMD fields and the hex message you wish to put.

I suspect there are many other tools so apologies to owners of other tools I am not aware of.
