Can we use soap input and soap reply nodes in two different message flows under same execution group ?

i tried it but not getting response in soapui tool .

should i send manually the soap reply identifier from soap input flow to soap reply flow to achieve this ?

In WMB documentation mentioned that

"The SOAPInput node is typically used with the SOAPReply node, which can be included in the same message flow, or a different flow in the same execution group. "

And have you made sure to transfer the replyid information from the SOAP input flow to the SOAP reply flow? (hint it is located in LocalEnvironment)
