I assume iib v next is the same as iib v10 which is on open beta currently.
i see a section where it says database service and mq service for service discovery. whats is it used for?
A mq service would be used to determine the destination of a message on the fly?
a database service will decide which database to connect based on the input message? |

The same thing it's used for in IIB v9.
