I would like to verify why the messages are still on the queue,because i don' t expect laziness by the command server ,so at the first glance neither ...

Perhaps the command server application has been stopped. That would explain why old messages are found in the queue.

You should browse &/or clear all msgs from the cmd queue before starting the cmd server. They could be commands placed there by an intruder to set up further attack vectors on MQ or cause damage, or accidental commands placed there by a legitimate MQ admin. Tread carefully.
