So you say you installed MQ 7.5.0.1 on your PC?
Can you show us the output of dspmqver ?
Did you install the client or the server or both?

I had no problems running the install on my laptop with the same OS...

Does the issue you are reporting actually stop you from installing IIB9?

Have you tried to do the installation? (i.e going beyond this point)

While installing IIB runtime(Integration Bus) the launch pad is unable to find the MQ version. Here MQ 7.5.0.1 is the prerequisites for IIB9.

I have installed the IIB but its not working properly..

Thanks...

You did install SERVER and not just CLIENT? What is the output from just the dspmq command?

Before wasting any more time on this, reboot. Its Windoze.
Reboot to make sure the system knows MQ is actually installed. Then try installing IIB. Actually, no. First install Fix Pack 7.5.0.3 for MQ, reboot again, then try installing IIB.

I haven't created any queue managers yet So the output for the dspmq is the null(or no output)

I just find that the easiest way on a Wintel system to determine a Server or Client installation - it'll return a 'command not found' response for a Client. Follow PeterPotkay's sage advice...

The launchpad is showing that MQ 7.5.0.1 but when i try to install IIB 9(setup64) its unable to find the MQ.

IIB doesn't have a trial edition, it has a Developer edition. The Developer Edition comes with WMQ bundled with it so I'm unclear why you've installed it separately unless you have 2 versions of WMQ installed (in which case see below).

Can you create queue managers, i.e. is WMQ installed and working properly? Is 7.5.0.1 the primary installation? Does the install id have all the authorities it needs?

is the broker service id member of both mqm and mqbrkrs groups?
Does the broker service id have logon as a service authorization?

Have fun

as there is no queue manager or broker created that really can't be the problem.

The poster can't seem to find the runtime component options in the start menu.
