I have read this and your other post carefully and frankly I can't understand them at all.

Ok that is fine. You are writing a message to a queue using C#/.Net.

What browser?
Are you just wanting to check that the message has been written correctly?

Please explain what you want to do a little more clearly.

WMQ doesn't care about the data type (.xml or other) in your application data portion of a message.

Do you want to display the data in an HTML browser? Or some other? WMQ comes with several utility programs, like amqsbcg, to display your messages.

What have you tried? WMQ returns ReasonCodes to applications. What ReasonCode did you receive?

If you used amqsbcg, post your interaction from a Windows/UNIX shell.

Don't call message data a file.

It is just data, it can exist on various storage media.
