Go directly to google.com.

Enter search arguments like 'how to configure websphere'.

When you attended the required training class or read the InfoCentre, what did you learn?

No one here is your friend. Anyone who might be inclined is probably becoming less favorably inclined with your continued repetition of the same question.

The solution is to follow the instructions & use the installer. As you've been told.

Help you with what? At the moment it seems like you're just repeatedly asking to be spoon fed the answers because you're too stupid or too lazy to read the instructions, think about what you need to do and trying to do what presumably someone is paying you to do.

If you're actually having a problem with the instructions other than they contain a lot of long words then you need to tell us what the problem is you want help with. We don't know anything that you have not posted here, and all you've posted here is that you want us to do your job for you.

Presumably this problem has gone away, since you could have read most of the InfoCenter by now. The three installation parts were probably the application server, the HTTP server and the plug-in (link between the two earlier parts)
Client => HTTP Server (in which there is the WAS plugin) => WAS
The plugin inspects incoming requests to the HTTP server and directs requests that should go to WAS over to the application server. Requests for static content (JPEGs, GIFs style sheets and JavaScript and the like) should be served just by the HTTP server.
Hope you did get over the problem without any further pain.
