In spot checking for a separate issue I am having, I found some messages in a PR's system.cluster.transmit.queue that have a corr id to another PR qmgr. Both qmgrs are running, and the clussdr / clusrcvr channels appear to be fine... and other messages are processing fine.

What can I look at to determine why this messages are stuck on the queue?

stop and start that channel manually. Then check if the messages went. If they did not, check the error logs in both sender and receiver qmgr.
