Where does the variable substitution and token processing orginate from?
i.e. where can I find more information other then the samples in the info center?

i.e. can I easily ditch the extension of a trigger file to get the real file name?

sample.txt -> triggered by sample.txt.trg
sample.001.txt -> triggered by sample.001.txt.trg
