Websphere ESB Lead position- Buffalo NY - *Will sponsor Visa for right candidate*
Technical job duties:
· Technical Design and Architecture for upcoming projects
· Technical Design and Architecture to support future growth
· WESB Design Pattern identification and implementation (Service Gateway Pattern, other best practice patterns, …)
· Identification and Implementation of WESB Best Practices
· Versioning of all Web Service components (services, schema, maps, etc.)
· Service Design and Architecture, internal / external WSDLs, end-point management: web server / WSRR
· Release Management and Best Practices (backward compatibility, production versioning, service deprecation, etc.)
· OAGIS Schema Best Practices
· Customer Implementation and Support Web Site
· Web Service Security, Authentication, Authorization
· Maintaining service availability
· Performance Tuning, including load balancing, load distribution, high load support, high payload size support
· Stability and Performance monitoring
· Error handling and automated alerts
· Capacity planning
Non-technical job duties:
· Team leadership
· Task delegation
· Meeting and conference call facilitation
· Knowledge transfer and coaching
· Accountability for team goals
