Hi guys,

I am trying to decode a base64 encoded message with the below statement

dp:decode($encodedData, 'base-64')

I am getting below error. Can you guys help me out.

The decode will give you the data as it was before the encode.
Including binary fields...

Looks like the system is protesting that the decode is not returning UTF-8 data, which would be expected behavior... ? If UTF-8 data is a must you might want to look at using WMB instead of datapower for this task.

I tried couple of messages with decode function. I noticed that if there any control characters like "" in the message , decode function is throwing error. Otherwise it is working fine.
