Hi. All

I am a new user of MQWF, MY site recently upgrade the MQWF as
following:

Old configuration:

Window MQWF V3.3

Currently configuration:

AIX MQWF V3.6

Some questions come from the user, can any MQWF expert give me
answers.

The FDL exported from new 3.6 BT client and existing 3.3 BT client are different. below is the different.


Old New
• CODEPAGE: 950 1252
• DOMAIN Missing param for
"CHECK_INTERVAL_OTHER SYSTEMS",
"MESSAGE_LAYER_REFRESH_INTERVAL",
"RESPONSE_WAIT_TIME","MAXIMUM_INVALID_LOGONS"
• Program "FMCINTERNALNOOP" - This one not on 3.3 but
appear in 3.6
• different password for (all) PERSON
• Role "WFSYS" Missing PERSON
"LWF3020", "NPWFTEST"
• Role "ADMIN" Missing PERSON "
• NODE Missing NODE "Default Node"

The Roles you specify WFSYS and ADMIN are not built in roles so they must have been specified at some point.

The fact that the passwords are different, is likely due to a change in the system group/system which is used to encode the passwords.

Assuming things run I would not worry about the missing Domain parameters as I believe they will all default.
