Editing your post to say "Reset Content Descriptor node" rather than "Parser Node" does not invalidate any of my most worthy associate's comments apart from the "There is no such thing as a parser node".
There clearly is a Reset Content Descriptor node. If you'd spent 30 seconds reading the description of this node in the InfoCenter you'd not ask such a stupid question as "How do I parse XML using Reset Content Descriptor".
Research the node. Research how and more importantly when broker parses things.
Get some training. We don't provide it for good & sufficient reasons, but with a complex product like WMB it's a good idea.
