We are getting our service account locked - where and how do we identify where the issue is. We have Error handling which gives the SYSTEM error code - 1909. Which is an indication that the service account is locked. Is there a way to find out where that could be happening from.
Interface Exception :Message MAJOR System/NETWORK Connectivity error has occurred." System error 1909 has occurred. "This is indicating that MW PD Process is not able to connect to NETAPPS device to retrieve XML on SERVERNAME=ABCDEFG
Event Viewer logs do not indicate anything other than the lock has occured.
It miught be that the passwords set in mqsicreatebroker or some such have expired and been changed on the system, but not been changed in mqsichangebroker.
