Hi,
We've been using <usr> folder of the RFH2 header for populating parser exception information as part of an error handling sub-flow that is wired to the "failure" and "catch" terminals of the input node in our message flows. The sub-flow works fine populating exception information as far as the <usr> folder is concerned but the <mcd> folder of the RFH2 header for certain exception scenarios does not populate <Msd> (message service domain) field correctly. It sets it to "none" when testing with an incoming "xml" message when it is supposed to be 'xml'. Any thoughts if we might be doing anything wrong here that is causing this to happen ?

Are you changing message domain at any point in your flow?
I have had similar prblems before when using the BLOB domain which insists on setting the MSD value to none. One way round this is to explicitly set the domain to XML with a reset content descriptor node.

Thanks granthmuk, we are trying to trace the scenario if we do reset message domain to BLOB.
