Hi,
We are integrating diffrent applications with Wint NT MQSI + AIX MQSI
with AS 400 we just started with the AS 400 but I have read in the doccument that MQSI for AS 400 in not available then how could my AS400 systems can take part in Pulish-Subscribe tech
Is there any support for MQ Client for AS 400 because our Architecture
is purely Server to Client type not MQ Server to MQ Server

There are no client available for the AS/400(iSeries as the platform now is called).
Check out this link for more information about the MQ supported platforms.

You could however develop a java client that does your work using the MA88 SupportPac though.
Or you can anyway use (WebSphere) MQ Everyplace running on the AS 400 communicating with WMQI on you broker platform. (MQEveryplace is a 'MQ like' 100 % java MOM, sort of little brother of WebSphere MQ. WMQI has MQe Input and Output node.
I forgot to say you can use MQEveryplace both as a synchronous OR asynchronous way. So nothing to developp except using the java API of MQe on the AS400 (full JMS support available in next weeks or before the end of the summer).
