Six years ago, WBIMB was a viable acronym. Today, WBIMB is not in vogue. IIB is a good one to use in its place. You might like to edit your title of this post or start a new thread.

You also do not say if you are an administrator or a developer. Six years ago, if you could spell Message Broker, you probably could get a job doing either, but today, if you want to try your hand at development you need to demonstrate basic experience with the development toolkit.
