I read a lot of people using the inittab to start MQSeries. But what happen when you reboot or shutdown the system. I need a way to stop MQSeries in a normal way. I supose i have to implement scripts in run levels 3 and 0 to start and stop MQSeries. But in that way if the listener hang i don't have a way to restart it.

Any suggestions?
