I am getting error 2080 when executing command amqsget . Please let me know a good way of removing the same .

You are getting this error because the size of message you have placed on the queue is much larger than the size of the buffer for Amqsget. There are many alternatives to this problem.
1) Place a smaller message on queue(if you cannot modify the amqsget program).
2) Increase the buffer size of the Get in amqsget program.
3) If you dont want to increase the size, you could as well add MQGMO_ACCEPT_TRUNCATED_MSG, within your gmo.

All the above are to make sure that the buffer size of the getting app(in this case amqsget) is big enough to accomodate the message on queue.
