Could not initilize MQSeries services objects

I installed MQseries 5.2 on a WINNT server (over top of MQ 5.0) MQSeries runs in DOS environment, but when i try and start the explorer I get

"Could not initilize MQSeries services objects - Server excecution failed AMQS4100"

Any ideas?

I suggest you uninstall and reinstall, when we went from v5.0 to v5.1 it was suggested to uninstall first
