Hi! I am posting on behalf of a co-worker. Below is the problem he described. We are using MQSI 2.0.1 and are wondering if there is a fix for this problem and where we might get it.
Thanks,
Karen
I could use some help......
- Field from AS400 pictured S9(7)V99 has a -1 moved into it.
- Prior to the integrator MSG flow, the field looks like F0 F0 F0 F0 F0 F0
F1 F0 D0 ( ascii = 00000010} ).
- The corresponding incoming MRM message set element is defined as INTEGER,
physical type EXTENDED DECIMAL,
LENGTH COUNT = 9, SIGNED = YES.
I keep bombing with and 'INVALID EXTENDED DECIMAL' using either INCLUDING
TRAILING or SEPARATE TRAILING sign orientations.
Any thoughts? The XML they'd eventually like is <>-1.00<>
if I remember correctly this was a known bug
in one of the early versions of 2.0.1 which was
fixed later at a CSD level (maybe only with 2.0.2).
You should get in touch with your IBM support.
