Hi All
I am currently having problems using gsk6cmd following the examples in MQ Security manual. I am guessing that this is a typo as when using the gui there are no problems everything works fine. When I have sorted the correct procedure out I will need to carry this out on a server that will not permit me to use the gui version

Platform is HPUX11i
GSK version is 6.0.5.42

First of all I create my Key repository with the following and this is successful

gsk6cmd -keydb -create -db /var/mqm/qmgrs/QM1/ssl/key.kdb -pw password -type cms -expire 60 -stash

I then create a self signed certificate which again does not error

gsk6cmd -cert -create -db /var/mqm/qmgrs/QM1/ssl/key.kdb -pw password -label ibmwebspheremqqm1 -dn "O=IT,C=GB,CN=QM1" -size 1024 -x509version 3 -expire 365

When I come to extract the certificate I get the following.

gsk6cmd -cert -extract -db /var/mqm/qmgrs/QM1/ssl/key.kdb -pw password -label ibmwebspheremqqm1 -target qm1cert.arm -format ascii

Error is: An error occurred while processing X509 certificates.

As mentioned earlier I can connect to the Key database via the Gui and extract the certificate successfuly that way
