As an existing system for handling GSM/Cellular level statistics is being replaced with an entire new oracle-based system, Reporting and Alerting Tools for RF Engineers and management need to be migrated (retooled) to the new System. The system and reports need to deal with a high volume of statistical data, partially real time, and still provide a smooth experience for the user. Tools for mapping and analyzing the data geographically have to be integrated so the user gets Geographical feedback on the data provided.

As an Application Integration Consultant, I have worked on the integration of IBM Microelectronics Division (IBM MD) as a supplier for Qualcomm CDMA Technologies. The Supplier to Customer Integration was done using the Rhythm Collaboration Planner (RCP) from i2 Technologies. A portal site based on i2’s HiTech TradeMatrix is setup as per IBM’s requirements. This integration is a pilot project to showcase the IBM/i2 cooperation agreement.

PIXS – Process Information eXchange System
As a senior Software Engineer (R&D), I have extended a CAD/CAM system with Business to Business (B2B) capabilities. These extensions will transform current Printed Circuit Board (PCB) manufacturers into Online Service Bureaus. This project is the first of its kind for customers like ViaSystems and Samsung. Different services have been deployed with a mixture of EJB, JSP, and Servlets depending on the specific needs.

This reduced the need for recoding each additional machine, and was by this way ready for immediate deployment at the customer site, for as soon as a new kind of CNC machine was available. Mobile Imaging System & Control System Simulation
Designed and implemented Image Recognition software for an autonomous vehicle using FFT, convolution filters and pattern recognition. Implemented on an embedded DSP system. This project hade some coverage in local news papers and television.
Designed and implemented a Simulation Tool for Control Systems. The tool was able to make real-time simulations, and loop analysis with parameter optimization. High-resolution Runge Kutta methods were used and adapted.
