that's the best way to assess people. Otherwise these days, interviews are attended by people who are getting paid to answer for a non techie.
The other ways, they are using two lines to listen to interviewer and actually giving answers through wispering or through writing on paper , a bad way to mpress the interviewer |

You've got to be kidding! That sounds like we are back in grade school, with people passing notes and writing cheat sheets... How do these people expect to perform the job on a daily basis if they can't even pass the interview?
