If I do a display clusqmgr(*) on the main queue manager server, this is what I get:
display clusqmgr(*)
25 : display clusqmgr(*)
AMQ8441: Display Cluster Queue Manager details.
CLUSQMGR(BMSQM_APP2) CLUSTER(BLUEFLY_NY)
CHANNEL(TO_BMSQM_APP2)
AMQ8441: Display Cluster Queue Manager details.
CLUSQMGR(BMSQM_APP6) CLUSTER(BLUEFLY_NY)
CHANNEL(TO_BMSQM_APP6)
AMQ8441: Display Cluster Queue Manager details.
CLUSQMGR(BMSQM_BOAPP) CLUSTER(BLUEFLY_NY)
CHANNEL(TO_BMSQM_BOAPP)
AMQ8441: Display Cluster Queue Manager details.
CLUSQMGR(BMSQM_SAT2) CLUSTER(BLUEFLY_NY)
CHANNEL(TO_BMSQM_SAT2)

I need to remove the APP6 and SAT2 entries from this config. Also, I get the following errors in my error log:

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
04/02/04 16:17:33
AMQ9202: Remote host 'sat2.ibm.bluefly.com (10.28.79.227) (1414)' not
available, retry later.

EXPLANATION:
The attempt to allocate a conversation using TCP/IP to host
'sat2.ibm.bluefly.com (10.28.79.227) (1414)' was not successful. However the
error may be a transitory one and it may be possible to successfully allocate a
TCP/IP conversation later.
ACTION:
Try the connection again later. If the failure persists, record the error
values and contact your systems administrator. The return code from TCP/IP is
78 (X'4E'). The reason for the failure may be that this host cannot reach the
destination host. It may also be possible that the listening program at host
'sat2.ibm.bluefly.com (10.28.79.227) (1414)' was not running. If this is the
case, perform the relevant operations to start the TCP/IP listening program,
and try again.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
04/02/04 16:17:33
AMQ9999: Channel program ended abnormally.

EXPLANATION:
Channel program 'TO_BMSQM_SAT2' ended abnormally.
ACTION:
Look at previous error messages for channel program 'TO_BMSQM_SAT2' in the
error files to determine the cause of the failure.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

How do I stop them? I think they are related to the cluster definition but I am not sure. I am not an MQ expert. Also, the servers SAT2 and APP6 have been removed from production so I cannot issue commands there. I basically just need to clean up the config. Thanks!

Paul

Take a look at the RESET command in the Cluster Manual. It will do what you need.
