Guys..

This is a design issue..

what I wanna know is if the following is possible in JMS.

1) a Master Listener on a queue in machine 'A', can it keep track of the other message listeners listening on the same queue?
2) if 1) is possible, can it invoke a specific listener or remove an active listener?
3) if 1) is possible, can it increase/decrease the number of listeners based on say the number of messages in the queue, u know, something like a load balancer implementation for speed increase in processing also..

we are trying to design an asynchronous framework using MQ but using MQ-JMS APIs..

If it's not possible, is there a work around? Do you think it's gonna come in the futrue versions of JMS?

help me out, Guys...
thankx in advance

regards
MNS
