Having Trouble starting the Control Center!

I keep getting the error message "BIP1350E The current operation has timed out" when starting the control center.

Could someome please tell me how to fix the problem. Thanks!

Check whether your Configuration Manager is up and running.

Thanks for the reply!

The Configuration Manager was up and running.

The problem was that when I created the configmgr I specified the incorrect NT security domain.
