Hi guys,

Now I'm looking for information about CrossWorlds and trying to develop a prototype with MQseries connector bundled with CrossWorlds.
Because its manuals have huge volume, I'm struggling for finding out the points should be familiar first.

Could anybody give me a suggestion, please?

Thanx,
J.YAMA

I'm actually trying to learn more about Crossworlds myself. Anyone know anything about this product?

Hello, Duncan,

Actually I'm still working on it.
These days I'm trying to run a sample collaboration of MQConnector by following the instructions written in its readme file, but it hasn't succeeded yet, unfortunately.

What exactly is the problem you are having?

My problem WAS that the MQConnector agent didn't run correctly.
However, I made it by fixing some parts of MQSeriesAgentConfig.cfg.

BTW, I have a new problem now.
I can't open the business templates provided as an MQConnector sample.
The error message says that its format is old.
Additionally, according to the Readme file, it is its spec but I really want to see the scenarios of it in order to study how to build diagrams.
I don't think it is a good sample because I'm unable to study the points I need!

As an additional question, does anyone know about TPI connector?

Johnny,

You posted on another thread about the fact that you are using SAP and Siebel. I think you would be better off looking at getting the collaboration between these two working. My reasoning is that these collaborations are pre-built and ready to go, whereas the MQ stuff is still undergoing some changes and requires some manual intervention.

I am impressed (thus far! ) with Crossworlds, but there are some issues around message throughput to be resolved.

Hope this helps...

Kieran

Kieran,

Thanx for your information.
Regarding the SAP&Siebel issue I mentioned before, it was about just a possibility at pre-sales phase so your info. was really helpful for me. Thanx again for that.

BTW, now I'm trying to build a prototype demo, which includes WMQI,CrossWorlds,SAP R/3.
I recently learned that SupportPac IO01 enables to import XML schema files exported by CrossWorlds Business Object Designer into WMQI MRM.
However, it doesn't work well so far.

Does anybody have information about it?

Thanx in advance,
J.Yama
