Broker security queue fills up

Hello,

Our SYSTEM.BROKER.SECURITY.QUEUE gets loaded with messages until it is reaches its maximum and then it overloads on the deadletter queue. Does anyone know how I can find out where these messages come from?
We are running the broker on OS/390 and we don't have a usernameserver yet.

No, not yet. And I have changed my broker to remove any link to a usernameserver.
