I am having trouble finding out why this error has occurred. I know how to fix the problem when it does happen but my question is WHY DOES THIS HAPPEN? Can anybody out there provide me with some insight on this problem or point me in the right direction as to why this problem occurs. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Is this with IBM MQSeries or IBM MQSeries Services.
I had troubles with the later until I discovered this happend everytime after my IP-address was changed, although I configured it as local (no hostnames or IP-addresses).

It is with MQSeries. When you try to open the MQSeries Explorer it will give you this error. The way I fixed it was to go into the MUSR_MQADMIN account and reset the password and it worked just fine after that. Thats the problem I know how to fix it but I do not know what the root cause of the problem is.
