The ideal candidate will have hands on experience of the technologies below, and have the positive client facing approach needed for high quality service delivery. The applicant should be able to demonstrate technical progression, and an aptitude for learning new technologies quickly.
Strong customer service skills, including reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy are essential to ensure a courteous and efficient service. Being proactive in seeking new ways to improve the service delivered including vigilance to new business opportunities while on a client site, and networking within the industry are also very important.

Clear oral communication skills are essential, as are sound written skills as there is a need to accurately document work.
Applicants must have a history of working both as part of a team and also under their own initiative as this reflects the variety of working situations they may find themselves in.

Candidate should be client facing, have integrity and be self motivated. Ability to work equally as well alone or with a team. Articulate in a clear, concise and respectful way. Be able to think logically as well as creatively should the need arise. Motivated to learn new technologies whether it be via courses, mentoring or by self.

Car driver. Clean licence preferred.

Salary Details

Salary to Â£30,000 dependent on experience. Plus comprehensive benefits package.
