I have MQClient52 running on Win2K and MQServer52 on Solaris with all latest CSD. Whenever I put a message from the client side to the server, the UserIdentifier in MQMD always is "mqm". Does anyone know how I can change this to another user ? Please help. thanks.
(BTW, the MCA User Id = '' in property of the server-connection for client)

What userid are your running the client application under? What language is the client written in? I think what is happening is that if no userid is implictily passed from the client and no userid is specified in the MCSAUser attribute on the SVRCONN then the default is to authenticate you as the userid under which the channel listner is running.
