Hi,
I created a message flow with one inout-compute-ouput nodes.Everything worked fine.
By mistake i deleted the QManager in MqSeries explorer. Then i tried to start the MQSI control centre.I am not able to start the control centre and am getting the following error message. When I clicked OK on this error message alert window ,I am taken to "configuration manager connection" window where i enterred the "hostname/port/QManager name correctly and clicked OK.The same error is displayed again.
I am struck up with this. Can some body help me overcome this error and enable me to use the control centre?
I am wonderring when the QManager is under use by the broker and config manager, how it got deleted instead of giving me some alert message there itself?

BIP1352S: MQSeries queue manager QMGR on host system RAJA not available.

When connecting to the MQSeries queue manager, queue manager QMGR is not up and running and not listening for input on host system RAJA. The Control Center is unable to communicate with the Configuration Manager.

Check that the queue manager name entered in the Control Center File->Connection dialog box has been correctly specified. Start the MQSeries queue manager if it is not running. Ensure that the MQSeries listener is running and listening on the correct port, that only one listener is listening on that port. Ensure that MQSeries server connection channel SYSTEM.BKR.CONFIG is defined to the queue manager. For more information on this error, see the MQSeries Application Programming Reference manual, codes 2059, 2161, 2162, and 2009.

Thanks In Advance
Sekhar

Is your Configuration Manager and Broker sharing the same queue manager? If so, then you will have to either create a new configuration manager and broker or use mqsichangebroker and mqsichangeconfigmgr commands to point it to newly created queue manager.

What version of MQSI are you using?

Hi Kiran,
Thanks for the quick response.I am using MQSIv2.0.2.
I have deleted the config manager, broker and the shared qmanager. But the error continues popping up when i open the control centre.
How to get rid off that error message and start using CC again?
Thanks In advance
Sekhar

Sekhar,

Have you created the new Queue manager and changed your Configuration Manager/Broker to point to that queue manager? Let's say you are creating a new queuemanager QMGR on your system. Now, you should point your broker and queue manager to point it to new queue manager.

After you restart your QMGR, Broker and Configuration Manager services start the Control Center. It will ask you to enter Hostname, QueueManager name and port of the Configuration Managers queue manager('QMGR'). After doing this you will be able to start using control center.

Let me know how it goes.

Good luck

Kiran
