We use IA9C support pac for loading environmental variables.

In IBM ACE version specifically few users are having issues getting the support pac loaded in the pallette and view the GetEnv node related to the support pac.

Where do we find the error related to this issue and how it can be fixed?

hi...try looking at the workspace log (.metadata/.log)
