Even though the message is delivered to recipient system , MQS sends back 2009 error to SAP .
Since Error 2009 is sent to SAP back from MQS , SAP re-try to process the message. Due to this the message is sent twice i.e originally once , and second time during reprocess once more.
This creates same data at receiving end two time. This is currently affecting production.
When does this error happen ? Every day at 11:45 am to 11:50 am CET only . (3:15pm to 3:20pm IST)
Since when this problem started ? According to SAP logs the problem started since 13.04.2021 |

Look in the qmgr error log for errors around the time SAP received the 2009 ReasonCode. Post them here.

It will most likely be a network related issue, where the TCP session between MQ and SAP is being dropped. The MQ error log should contain a UNIX errono or Windows winsock error code.
