Hello All -
We are trying to setup Multi instance Queue Manager on RHEL 8.2 on MS Azure. Using Azure File share and mounted as NFS v4 for shared storage between Server 1 and Server 2.

Installed MQ 9.2 on both the servers and created queue managers. I could not start the Standby instance using strmqm -x option, as it creates FDC file.
Basic file system check works with amqmfsck command, but when we try to test with -c or -w option (Same option together in 2 servers) system call fcntl returns error. Could you please suggest mount configuration or OS settings which we need here?

I have mentioned to Unix admin about following IBM requirement, but admin thinks, those are not applicable in case of Azure file share

If your NFS fails the checks it's not going to work properly, or in a way that IBM will support.
The Testing statement for IBM MQ multi-instance queue manager file systems contains information in regard to acceptable NFS set-ups, and a link to the document stating their support position.
If you are unsure, open a PMR with IBM...
