What do you mean about "not seeing" channels? How do you know they are working?

Does the MQExplorer display queues?

Is this a new problem? When did this problem begin? What has changed recently?

That's because you didn't get the authorization to display and inquire on channels...

You need to put the actual JPG file into the [ img ] tags to view it on here. I have added your picture below for those people who will be fearful on clicking a random link.

You stated that you had a problem displaying channels, but you appear to have a problem displaying EVERYTHING. This whole MQ Explorer is blank. Normally there is a navigation pane on the left showing your queue managers.

Did you by any chance close both the Navigator and the Content views?

If so, please go to the Window menu, and within that the Show View sub-menu and reopen both the Navigator and the Content panes.

Cheers,
Morag

Go to your link.
Right click on the picture and choose "Open image in a new tab" (or whatever your browser calls it).
Use that URL (which will end .jpg) in your [ img ] tags.

Remember you can go back and edit your post to try this out.

Cheers,
Morag

Hello,

I found how to overcome the problem. When I log in with a local admin user I only get an empty mq explorer, but if I log in with a domain user who has admin rights, I see all channels.
I really don't understand what happened so he stopped showing everything inside the mq explorer, he has been working normally for the last 8 years

thank you for your help a lot
