Hi, i'm working with mq sever 7.5 and clients connect through mq client. My question is : Do they have to buy any license?

If it's "vanilla" MQ Client, no. If it's an MQ MFT Client, speak to your IBM sales rep.

And you really, really, should not be on that level of MQ Server any more...
