When IIB flows generate event they go by default to a MQ pre-defined topic. Now in IIB 10 they can be published to MQTT topic as well. Can these events be publisehd on some Kafka topic ? If there is not direct support for this. Can Kafka subscribe to the MQ topic on which IIB events are getting published.

kafka doesn't speak MQTT, nor MQ.

There are kafta nodes in IIB 10 in a recent fixpack. RYO.

Well, I don't think there is any question about it. It can only be attributable to human error. This sort of thing has cropped up before, and it has always been due to human error.

You'd have to use a flow that had an MQInput to pull the event messages, and then a kafkaoutput to send them.

Not a strictly bad idea.
