environment: IIB V9003 , using httprequestnode to call web service
According to info center, if I have LocalEnvironment.Destination.HTTP.RequestURL set, that will be used as the target url
Now there is a requirement to make to call using https through a proxy. I added the HTTPS proxy location. Now the call failed with 'java.net.SocketException: Connection reset'
The broker trace shows a
'Sending CONNECT HTTP data:' , 'CONNECT 10.56.22.63:443 HTTP/1.0." where the IP address is what I specified as proxy location.
I have no access to the proxy configuration. The network support said that they use reverse proxy which will direct the traffic to the correct backend server.
My question is with this proxy setup , will the web service target still be what is in LocalEnvironment.Destination.HTTP.RequestURL or it will be what is configured in the proxy as the "correct server".
If the value in LocalEnvironment.Destination.HTTP.RequestURL is use, does the broker pass that info somewhere in the http header ? or how can it tell what the proxy should do ?
