trying to monitor fte java process via jconsole. came across this article so i assume it is possible to do this

https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/community/blogs/wmqfte/entry/performance_data85?lang=ru

Has anyone tried this? Can you please share any steps i need to do or if you can point me to some links that would be helpful.

i tried local fte, it give invalid application error.

remote fte it is asking for username/password which i am not sure how to bypass. I cannot be running fte on my workstation with the same ID as ID of FTE running on remote server and i won't have the username password of the service account that fte runs under.

trying this in MQ9 on my local machine. But our prod fte versions are 7.5
