I recycle my comments above about my beliefs on IBM's chosen direction.

You should be able to display any queue manager by quoting the correct URL.

Can you display all of the queue managers on one single pane? Not, as I believe, in the current version.

I don't work for IBM, didn't make this design decision, didn't write the code and have no skin in this game. You don't like the new web console, tell IBM.

Background:
We do administer multiple QM on several server using one classic MQ Explorer.
Up to now I did not find any chance to display a remote QM on the web based explorer.
Is it just not possible or do I miss something, and if so, what do I miss?

I haven't used it much, or had time to properly get to grips with it, but I think it's one console per server. Whether you can 'spider' out from one queue manager to another a la MQ Explorer, I'm not sure. I'm sure someone with more knowledge will be along in a moment...

The developers probably don't have to work with as many QMs concurrently as we have to out in the wild.

Would be nice to have some sort of portal approach that made it easy to select QMs from a single web page.

I understand that's on the roadmap, as I indicate above.

Disclaimer:

I am not now nor have I ever been employed by IBM as an MQ developer, IBM reserves the sole right to develop their stuff as they see fit and anyone who doesn't like what they're doing should raise an RFE or accost someone at either the Hursley Beta or MTQC.

(Shameless plug Roger - you're welcome)

No, but my mild-mannered, real life alter-ego is.

(Subject to funding)

(And getting a place on the beta - let you know in mid-April)

My real life alter-ego is doing MQTC this year. Family want to go to the waterpark & I need a cast-iron excuse not to join them....

It's not my fault they keep running out. It happens in the IIB Beta as well.....
