Hello,

Does IBM provides any esql/mapping functions directly to call UDCS properties. Below are two approaches I can see to fetch UDCS. Please let me know if you have any other options/thoughts.

Option 1 : Java compute node

Writing java code in JCN to fetch UDCS properties by passing object and key for broker proxy API. Results will be stored in environment/passed tooutput root

Option 2 : User defined function in shared library

Writing java code function in shared library as similar as JCN code. And all applications are accessible by calling this function in esql to fetch the value.

But I am looking any feature/fix pack available by IBM to fetch UDCS properties in ESQL/MAPPING instead of user defined functions or java code.

For example, Mapping node has advanced functions fore fetching/deleting data in global cache

Looking forward for your response.

I opened a RFE for this - can't seem to find it now.

However - look at the workaround in this thread.

Well, I don't think there is any question about it. It can only be attributable to human error. This sort of thing has cropped up before, and it has always been due to human error.
