What platform is this ?

Is it possible that you have not installed the threaded libraries or they are in the wrong place? Or you are trying to use 64 bit libraries incorrectly? Or you still have the 'old' libraries in the new path? Are you using something like setmqenv ?

Are there any FDC's?

Is it a 32 bit application? - use the setmqenv command with appropriate options.

Well, I don't think there is any question about it. It can only be attributable to human error. This sort of thing has cropped up before, and it has always been due to human error.
