"Error Loading WSDL file. Check the WSDL for validity. The supplied WSDL must declare at least one WSDL binding to properly load"

Issue: Whenever you try to create message set or message model if you get above error below solution can be one of resolution.

Resolution: If there is incorrect wsdl extension of the document , above issue may occur.
Ex: If its Schema.WSDL, replace it with schema.wsdl

This may help, if anyone is facing this issue.
