Does anybody know where I can find all the APARS for planned IIB 10.0.0.5 fixpack?

I don't think IBM publish a list until the fixpack is released.

However individual APARs may be published with the targeted fixpack - or you could raise a PMR to ask this question.

Well, I don't think there is any question about it. It can only be attributable to human error. This sort of thing has cropped up before, and it has always been due to human error.

Certain APARs may be released between fixpacks. Particularly security related ones.

In general, an APAR is released to the customer that owns the PMR that caused the APAR to be created.

Once the customer has confirmed that it solves their problem, there's then a larger testing process to make sure it works more generally.

FixPacks tend to include APARs that have passed that larger testing.

Which might not happen until a very (well, relatively) short period before the FP is built for release.
