Following long-term complaining from one person, and a lot of raised hands at this year's Interconnect when I asked who else might be interested, I've just released a new tool to format MQ's z/OS SMF 115 and 116 records on github.

The github repo includes source (under Eclipse Public License), doc, some sample data and binaries for Windows, Linux and AIX.
