Hello All and Thank you so much for your replies!
I understand that FOR loop is the best thing that you case use here.
But the problem is the function: CARDINALITY
I have been told that the records me be in thousands or none.
I read on Knowledge center of IBM to not use CARDINALITY for loops.
In my scenario, if there no row, then using LASTMOVE can be fruitful.
I want to go the right way.
What should be the correct syntax of way Way of using LASTMOVE?

I don't understand. If you use a FOR loop, then you do not use CARDINALITY.
