B2Bi and Message Broker both seems to be acting as Protocol mediator,Message transformer. Then, what are the differences between these two type of products?

As "type", probably none. As you say, they act in the same way and are competing products. The exact differences are as described here and here.

Your question could easily be phrased as:

a Ford Focus and a Chevy Malibu both act as four wheeled transports with a self contained internal combustion power source and combined passenger / cargo carrying capabilities. Then, what are the differences between these two products?

- cost
- reputation of manufacturer
- speed
- reliability
- exact capacities
- ease of use (Chevy put all the dash controls where I don't expect them to be)
- etc
- etc
- etc

- Chevvy support outside North America is patchy at best.
which translates to something like
how many people are there with B2Bi product skills where you are?

Every time you reinvent the wheel the more square it gets (anon). If in doubt think and investigate before you ask silly questions.
