Hi all,
We are updating MQ V7.5.0.1 to MQ V7.5.0.4 on Linux platform.
Do you think that we may require to update the jar files on the MQ clients which connect to MQ platform using API?

Thanks

It's always a good idea to install the client on a client machine rather than just copy the jar files over. At worst, it stops misguided applications taking a private copy of the jar files to get round perceived classpath problems, and then complaining that they can't get new features to work.

Taking that to one side, it's likely that a v7.5.0.1 client can talk successfully to a v7.5.0.4 queue manager. Your post-upgrade testing in your R&D environment will confirm or deny this.
